CEFR Levels

Our language courses are divided up in accordance with the European levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 currently recognised by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which sets out what foreign language skills students must acquire in order to be able to interact effectively.

Stages

The time frames required to move from one level to the next vary. The number of study hours may thus vary, but an average of 90 hours per level is generally calculated.
For example, if in many cases 90 hours are sufficient to progress from A2 to B1, for other trajectories two successive 90 hour courses may be required to move from one level to the next.
